I don't tend to write game reviews because other people on the net tend to do this for everyone else. Nobody will ever read my opinion on a subject, it's not like it'd make anybody play the game but when I play a unique game such as this little rpgmaker game then I just got to pour out what I feel. Grimm's Hollow is a fantastic RPG game that utilizes the game engine to the fullest of its capabilities, both mechanically and story wise too. Ghosthunter did a spectacular job with the visual representation of the afterlife, the battle sprites, the enemies, it is absolutely stunning work to admire. The story too is profoundly deep. Truly hits you in your heart strings, had marvelous set of characters and such a light refreshing humor in this age of video games. Please, try this game out, consider buying the ost of the game and leave a donation for the creator so they could make more fantastic games such as Grimm's hollow! :D

The game is just gorgeous!! Original arts done on everything! Facesets, busts, sprites, and cutscenes!! <3 Berry has done such an amazing job! The story is just soo beautifully written, in that it leaves you heart-broken for its tragic themes, but then it leaves you happy and excited at some parts! Drawing you in further into the world! The characters are fun and colorful as well! But again, it is contrasted by some of the tragic themes of the main plot, which is perfectly written for people who loves an emotional and fun experience! <3

Gameplay battles are done via nodes, and you can explore secret and hidden stuff! Its a genius UI design and I love the selection menu! <3

10 outta 10, would recommend! :D
