  • Good modelling. Maybe would be better to see you have a go at creating the designs for a character though, that way you get a better feel for creating the back story and have a better perception of the creature and add relevant details etc! Thats where all the fun will be in too!

  • wasnt bored.  some streaking in the wood holding the cannon up.  but very forgivable.  

  • Overall a decent piece. You picked some good concept work, it's very unique. Some good technique and technical skills. Just a little more with the detailing and texture work and it'll be great.

  • Mitchell chose a good concept, demonstrating hard surface modelling alongside the character sculpt. It was good to see he wanted to push himself as an artist to work on both these techniques.

    His documentation has in depth discussion of how the character was modelled and it was great to see various stages of the development. 

    Mitchell demonstrates good technical knowledge of the modelling process for characters, thinking about the final model and animations/poses it may require.

    It was great to see a range of industry standard software used . Good effort!
