• nice uvs and texturing, but could use some work on anatomy.  A anaatomy figure is always a good buy in the future, but simply keep practising, you have all the nuts and bolts and doing well.  

• Character is looking good! Considering a suit is a very difficult thing to make you have done quite a good job on it.

  I think the thing that could be improved on this character is the overall proportions and anatomy, as they feel a little off to me, which i think has had the knock on effect of making the suit a little too fitting.

  Materials are looking good, id maybe try adding a little more contrast in the roughness (more shiny latex gloves, same on the the tie to make it read as a different material and the nylon on bullet proof vests is usually slightly more shiny). Id also tile the weave on the suit a bit more as it looks a little big. 

  Great character work though, real big improvements over your first round entry!
