I was very impressed with the amount of work you have put into this piece, not just the actual character model but all the research into different techniques and the comprehensive decimation you have produced.
I like the brief you set your self the portrait photography of Jono Rotman are an excellent inspiration and you set yourself a high bar to aim for. I believe you got pretty close to achieving what you set out to do.
I also was impressed with your time management and the fact that you didn't let your self go down the rabbit hole on any single element but were prepared to try new approaches to push your skills into new areas.

A solid effort at what is a difficult and very specialist area in the industry. Your documentation of the process from start to finish was great and went into a good level of detail concerning how you tackled each of the very different challenges you faced. As a technical piece, you have demonstrated a good level of understanding on processes and techniques, but I'm not overly convinced on the quality of the final model. I think there are definitely a number of refinements around the skin folds, skin shader and colour choices. Also you may have got a better looking final render by improving the placement of the lights in the scene. She seems to be a bit over-lit in my opinion and I think some more subtle fill lighting and rim lighting would have helped in defining her form.
I gave crit previously, but just keep up what your doing your doing great.
