What counts as a line?

 It counts as a line only if it has something on it and if it isn't the start or end of a new function/void/class. The "using" things don't count either (lol, I can't remember what they're called!).

What's the theme?

The theme is up to you! The only restrictions are that you only have 50 lines to use and only one day to make the tool/game/etc.
