The audio (voice, music, sfx) is great. The gameplay feels a bit off and laggy. The intro is too long or should be skippable. Also, if you press too many random buttons on the keyboard to skip the intro, the games just hangs. If you switch to another browser tab or scroll down on the itch game page the audio hangs with a nasty delay effect.

Very fun game, though I would have liked the opportunity to fight the monsters!

Great little game with some effective atmosphere. Loved the little quips from the guards really added to the flavor of the game.
