10 years ago, the Touhou Project fandom celebrated The Legendary Cirno Day on ⑨/⑨/0⑨. This year Cirno is coming back strong with ⑨/⑨/1⑨, and we’re celebrating that with an impromptu game jam all about Gensokyo’s strongest and smartest! This is a largely-impromptu side event of the Touhou Fan Game Jam, and it’s open to all skill levels as our usual jams.

Rules for this jam:

1. Your submission needs to involve Cirno in some way (and SFW).

2. Non-Game entries are welcome, do whatever your creative juices yearn for.

3. The jam starts on 9/1 and ends at 9/9 2019, ⑨ days of jamming!

4. The jam technically starts in September, but there’s no problem if you start earlier or release a project you were working on beforehand.

5. Use however much of that time you want, make your game however big or small you want, just have fun and make it the strongest!!

6.  Don’t steal assets without non-commercial permission and don’t rip assets from official Touhou games. 

7.  Credit everyone on your team, and every source of third party assets you use.

8. Also follow the rest of the Touhou derivative content guidelines from ZUN.

9. No prizes or competition, any game with Cirno is inarguably the winner!
