The ending is absolutely hilarious.

There's definitely a trick to that one, you need to add the second platform's momentum to yours without actually landing on it. (as in, while you're still rising from the first platform)

How do you beat the level where the platform is higher than you can get launched?

Thanks for posting about that. It looks like basic manifest support is built into the itch.io app already. If you install and try to launch the game through the app it will give you a prompt to play the game or install the included VC redist now, which should fix any issues and make that clear. If not running through the app, just run the vcredist installer in the game's directory before playing.

This looks like an interesting game, but I cant run the program because the VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing. Tried to reinstall the program, but nothing changed.
