90's Nostalgia!
Whether it be Early 90's cartoons or Late 90's MMOs, as long as it's 90's and spooky, it counts. Heck, I might even let some very early 2000s slide!
Here are some games that I think fit this theme so you can study:

The opening cutscene of Poppy Playtime: Chapter 3 (not the full game but I think the opening cutscene is a good example of Early 90's stuff)
RULES:
1. No stealing.
2. No starting development on the game before the jam.

These challenges don't do anything to the final ranking, they are just here for fun!
