If you’ve never done a Game jam, or looking to test out your new found skills with a supportive community come join us!

Aim: To help you develop skills you’re not so confident in, so if you’re trying out game development for the first time, trying a new art style or new engine, this is the place to test these out in a fun and competitive setting.

Theme:

Rules:

Tools to make game: Anything as long as it can run on Windows, Browsers and does not require additional software or hardware!

Assets: May use existing code and whatever legal uses of sound and art assets you can get hold of or make. Make sure to credit and let us know what you made for each!

If you need art, music etc, we will do our best to supply those as we have some great sound designers in our community, plus some great libraries for you guy to use!

AI use for images or code: Strictly no use, even to brainstorm, we have plenty of help on the server and else where, for the spirit of the jam no use of AI in any way.

Submission:  Games must include: Cover image, art, directions on how to play in the title card, Late entires won't be accepted unless told before deadline.

Team members: Max 3, can choose your own! (or you can go solo!)

Please note:

• This Jam will include a daily check in call with each team, to keep you guys on track and lend some advice fi you’re stuck!
• A FORUM will be open to find teams a week before the jam starts!

Judging:

Once deadline is over, myself and other Judges outside the server will have a look at each game to judge them based on these criterias!

Judge Criteria:

• Is your game well designed (visually), easy to understand and navigate?
• Is your gameplay enjoyable?
• How creatively do you use the theme?

Voting / judging roadmap:

• July 17th: submit all entries
• July 18th: Play someone judge
• July 20th announce winners

Winners: 

They will be featured on socials, get custom roles and will be in withthe chance to get funding for their game*
