Took the theme quite literally. They're not bugs, they're pets (in this case, of an old man who has a little bit of a troublesome grandson)
Did you create all of your art/sound/music as a part of the game jam?
Everything except for the sound.

The gameplay and drawing are excellent, if you continue to develop, I think it's worth making small ants a different color, so that they differ from the background, but otherwise very cool, even menb is made cool.
Thanks for the kind words! I'm glad you liked it. Not sure if I'll keep expanding it but for sure that's one thing, making bugs pop a little bit more form the background, thought on adding a shadow of some sort, and also improving the grab mechanic making it easier to handle :D
