Wow, this is a beautiful document! I say that, reacting to the pdf, but the pdf experience has me wanting the physical book, which I'll likely be looking for soon.
great songbirds setting/material; evocative and punchy; so many breadcrumb trails of interesting bits of story to follow; that this and the other aureate (?) stuff comes from a game's established setting fascinates me
Got a physical copy!
A really awesome book,
Its a little hard to get started with what I like about it, but there's so much.
I'll have to actually get around to playing this, because playing little wyrd witches going into dungeons, talking about the misadventures between sessions, uhg, so many good things.
I read so many ttrpg books, and this kinda hits me in all the right places, it steals all the best parts from the things it references, and then also brings a lot to the table flavour and texture wise with built in setting. Uhg if not for life, I would just be curled up with a warm drink reading through each table to this day.
Its even got a free PDF, read the fuck out of it!
Good game, hope i get around to playing it eventually
