The graphics are clean and the music is cool as well, the gameplay has some interesting ideas but the execution can be a bit rough... and by that I mean that there is a huge difficulty spike at level 7 ! You really have to use optimal movement to succeed, I think it would have been less frustrating if you left a bit more time to the player to reach the goal. There's a second one even more hard at level 12, that I couldn't pass. I really think there should be an indication of where you need to be to avoid the walls, because right now, you don't have the time to react at all, so you need to die to see where you should have been and then continue until reaching the goal, which is incredibly frustrating...

I really wish I could have seen the end, so my advice for your next games / updates is to lower the difficulty of those particular levels... of course, you can include difficult levels, that's not the issue at all, but you should put them at the end of the game or make them optional. Here, they are required to continue the game, which is an issue, as most of the player won't see 2/3 of your game / ideas...

I'm sorry if I sounded a bit negative, it wasn't my intention at all, I just want to give you my feedback and maybe help to make your future games even more successful ! Speaking of that... since you seem to be working with Unity, you should try to make your games browser playable, that would make a lot more people try and rate them.

Overall, the graphics, interesting gameplay and cool audio made me really enjoy the levels I could play (except 7 and 12 but you probably know by now xD) ! I just wish I could have seen more of the game. Anyway, congrats for your second game jam ! I know how hard it can be when you have to go to school at the same time...

Hi TaliOS,

I completely understand your critisism, and if I'd had just a single day more, the levels in question would probably have gotten easier. The difficulty of the levels was something I was very unsure about, since the idea was, that levels: 7, 12 and 18(I believe), should be kinda lika a mini-boss and introduce new game mechanics. I'm all for constructive critisism, and I completely understand, why you'd think that some levels are a bit(or a lot) frustrating.

I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed my game (except for those levels ;)) I'll probably release an updated version in a couple weeks time, since I'd really like, for people to experience the full game. The reason for it taking a couple weeks, is that I'm entering a period of many tests and exams, these next weeks, so I don't really know how much free time I'll get.

Thanks for playing my game, and I'll probably make my future games browser playable.

Sincerely,

Icegold
