The idea was fine, but I think there could have been some small dialogue system, as for now everyone was monologuing, and then you make decisions. Currently, there wasn't that much to play, but just reading the story between the people.
You could have expanded the game in such way, that when you decide keep person, they tell more about themselves (each dwelling more and more horrible or something :D ), and each time you decide whether keep or replace. And replacing them would make them angry, and out of later options. Or something like that ^^
The characters were unique from each other, which was nice.
