"In Kisses and Queerness, any time you create your character, you do it poorly. This is basically how 5e handles it."
Are you a longtime fan of the Roleplaying Game Generator Bot? Have you ever looked at a post and thought "Hm! That should be a real game"? Do you know exactly what Kisses and Queerness would look like in play? If so, you're in luck! I'm proud to present the first-ever "Bot Collab Jam", in which you are invited to collaborate with your favorite Twitter bot and finish what they started!
In other words: You have two stats, reading bot-generated RPG memes and making games. When you roll your number, you make bot-generated meme games. This game jam is where you roll your number.
This jam is mostly for tabletop games based on a @laserfeelings post. This isn't a rule, though, it's the inspiration-- if you have an idea for a video game, or a collaboration with another bot, or something weird and meta, go for it.
RULE 1: This jam is for games that don't promote hate/bigotry/et cetera. Games might contain or reference hate/bigotry/et cetera without promoting it, but make sure your readers know what they're in for with content warnings. If a game breaks this rule, DM me at @bigstuffedcat-- often it's as simple as taking the game down until the artist puts up a content warning.
RULE 2: Feel free to charge money for your game-- it is your hard work!-- but keep in mind that not everybody has a burgeoning budget. At the very least, someone should be able to DM you for a copy of the game, or pick up a free "community copy" on the itch site.
RULE 3: If you have a Twitter, I invite you to post about your game! Tag @bigstuffedcat or @laserfeelings and use the hashtag "#BotCollabJam"! I'll retweet your stuff, and I'll frequently post "roundups" that will promote your game.
Thanks for looking! I hope to see you soon, playing your game!
