How does the game fit the theme?
My game fits the theme of "Nothing can go wrong" in a few different ways. The first is all the songs have been sampled and curated in a way where all the tempos, key signatures, and genres are synced up. Therefore, no matter what combination of songs the player mixes together, they can never sound wrong, hence "Nothing can go wrong". Another reason is the accuracy of the game. If the player can match their song metrics closely to the those of the fanbase, the game rewards them greatly; while severely punishing them for overproducing and underproducing; once again playing into the theme of "Nothing can go wrong". Finally, there is the ending of the game. The game gives the player specific minimums for sales and revenue. If the player does meet the requirements on both variables, they lose the game outright, playing into theme of "Nothing can go wrong" one last time.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
I used the Godot Engine, making everything with GD script (however I did write all the GD script code myself). For my 2d game assets, I bought all of them on itch.io, so I have commercial rights to use them. Lastly, I purchased all the music samples from a website called "Splice".

A really unique take on the theme, I haven't seen anything like this before! It's a cool concept but would love for it to be a bit more interactive. Really liked the different beats though
Amazing Idea!
Amazing game, love the idea <3
This game is a masterpiece! I am a music lover, and I loved how the beats would add up, so good, congrats!!!
The concept is not bad. However, I unfortunately found the game kind of confusing.
