How does the game fit the theme?
Lt. Nothing finds himself in midst of gunfight, as a soldier he takes the fight as a challenge but due to bad crash, he forgot the purpose why he came here, which leads to an unexpected wrong happening in the end of mission, just because he couldn't understand who's his enemy.
What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
Mostly I used my own code, I used Fab asset for a battleship and some VFX and SFX for guns. Other than that assets were mostly from UE itself - Lyra Animation system etc.

Awesome ;) I even played it all the way multiple times to test different "endings". Just realised that I kinda missed playing shooter... xD Thank you for reminding me! You might wanne add some ingame info about the controls.
The gameplay is fun I enjoyed it. I also liked the idea of the story. Good jib.
For anyone else wondering of the controls :
WASD - Move
Interaction - F
Fire - LMB
ADS - RMB
Reload - R
Sprint - Left Shift
Crouch - Left Control ( I wouldn't recommend crouching haha)
Access Options menu with - Escape
To adjust graphics, you will have only few scalability options - Low, Medium, High, Epic and Cinematic in the options menu.
Also, purpose of the game is to find the hostages and rescue them to exit point, additionally there's a little trick at them end of the game to actually finish the game, make sure to brainstorm that as well, you will have two ways Right and Wrong - And hint for answer is : Theme of game jam.

ok it starts now, but I cant pick up the gun or do anything, only the text pops up when near the gun. I tried pressing everything near the gun and while looking at the gun, but nothing works.
oh, that's sad.. I'm sorry you faced this issue, Interact key is 'F', it should work as I never had this issue. Anyways, thanks for trying ... I'm still working on a build that will have some more fixes to AI's around the map.. Will try your game next!
ah ok, maybe I was just being dumb. I tried it now and it definetly looks coold due to UE. The gunplay with the machinegun is a bit weird. It always swings right when shooting. Also the enemies dont do anything besides sometimes sprint away. I like that u thought of a decent story tho with a twist. It was pretty dark at the exit by the ship so I used the muzzle flash as a light but ended up at some wall that said touch this wall but nothing happened. Of course its only a prototype, but all in all I think its cool and has potantial. :)
damn ... I think you almost finished the game... and it was really smart of you to use muzzle flash haha well done!
**Spoiler alert**
Also, as with the twist, you have to kill the hostages as they are actually the terrorists, which was indicated by the dead soldier in the exit zone. If you kill them and try to go through the same wall, you will reach the end of the game! haha..
Really appreciate the time you gave, I tried my best to portray the game idea I had, did pretty well I think haha, definitely could've done alot better if I was not so busy IRL.
