How does the game fit the theme?
The idea was literally nothing could go wrong (no matter how hard you tried) but I wasn't able to finish. So if you do choose to "play" this game, nothing will make sense.

I wasn't able to get to get my dialogue system setup nor was I able to fix issues with the enemy's animations.

So if your comment is basically "wtf is this? Nothing happens!" then you are correct. This was my first time using Godot and I wasted a lot of time on dumb details.

What code and assets did you not make from scratch during the jam (if any)?
None of the assets were made by me. Almost 100% of the programming was by me.

Level textures are from the Retro Texture Pack: https://little-martian.itch.io/retro-texture-pack

Enemy texture is from PSX Alien Invader: https://retro-spud.itch.io/psx-alien-invader

Work with the hands,, gun texture, sounds, and related assets came from FPS Hands: https://godotengine.org/asset-library/asset/3715

The Icon for the Glock 19 was taken from 2D Weapon Icons pack: https://godotmarketplace.com/shop/weapon-2d-icons/

The target texture and meshes were taken from the Modular PSX Shooting Range Kit: https://comp3interactive.itch.io/modular-psx-shooting-range-kit
