In what way does your game fit the theme?
You RE-direct ships using the WIND! They got themselves lost at sea and only you can REWIND them home!
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Code was written from scratch using some tutorials. Most 3D models (assets) were not made from scratch.

Nice puzzle game! I would make the gust reload a bit faster. It is also a bit confusing that e.g. pressing [right] make the wind blow from the right and not to the right. What is the purpose of air baloons? Nonetheless, great job!
Thanks for checking out my game! I agree that the gust reload was too slow (it was a band-aid fix for another issue). The wind directions were backwards because of 2 reasons, firstly that is how one would describe wind (a northern wind comes from the north, in english at least) and secondly I had some original ideas of the game being about reversing the ships path to move it from destination to origin. I agree that it is not very intuitive and confuses players, I probably should have just made right send boats right haha.
The air balloon does nothing :P
