In what way does your game fit the theme?
The whole game is based on creating chaos. You can throw pies and fireworks at civilians which then scream and run away. The whole city turns into chaos the more you play.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all code myself and made all art assets from scratch. I used free public audio from zapsplat.com and bensound.com which are credited in the project.

The game is really fun! I got caught a couple of times but then I managed to escape and cover the city in pies and chickens. I loved the scenario, it was tricky to escape the animal control when I didn't see them come around the corner of a building. I got all items but couldn't figure out if I had to do something to win the game. Great work!
Cool concept, I was just spamming the pies at people lol :D I think the screaming effects could be quieter as it overpowers the background music, and like others have said, a scoring system to give an objective to the game. Pretty cool you did it all on your own though!
Apart from having the usual WebGL performance issues (probably because my Chrome sucks), it's one of the cutest submissions!:D
