The use of the light fits the theme, making ghosts & monsters run away if you light them is a good point.
I liked the aesthetics of monsters & ghosts.
Over that, the sounds wasn't really good, especially the "capture sound", it is way too loud compared to the main music.
The 3 levels feel about the same, it would be nice to add some features over the levels (I saw the light radius changed sometimes in level 3).
Finally some feedbacks when you got hit by monsters and few invulnerabilities frames would be great, sometimes I got all my life eaten very fast by a single ghost following me.
Overall great job for a new developper !
Using light as a weapon was a interesting choice. I liked the most of the monster designs. Camera was a bit close for me. Music was loud and annoying. But I don't want to discourage you from making games. Making a simple one is hard. There's too much to think about and not enough time to balance all things. ıt is a good start for a new developer.
Like the other comments i like the monster design but i suffered with the music and sounds effects.
I got to the third room, and felt like the game was kind of redundant. I liked the monster, and kinda wished you had more things to explore in each room.
Incorporates light. But that's about all. The weird eyeball dudes were also legitimately creepy, so that's a plus. The music was incredibly jarring (in a bad way), and I was thankful when the game bugged and the music stopped playing. Sound design in general definitely needs the most work of all.
