I found the tree third time!!!! :)
Victory! Wow, I barely had enough time. There were 2 seconds left. Was it randomized?
Also, seems like you could expand it if you wanted. Burning Mad Man could do all kinds of things. Maybe each time he makes it to the end of a level, the thing he touched somehow comically made him live longer, so then he has another idea each level.
