Well made and unique in it's own right.
Couldn't figure out how to use the cards in the beginning. Might want to look into fixing UI/UX issues like this if considering continuing development. I hope you do because I would love to play it. :)

Great art work. Game din go forward after i clicked on play policy and clicked on next day. Complex concept to understand. Good concept and would be great if errors are fixed and gameplay is simplified.
