Cool concept for a game, and could be quite fun if developed further. Currently could also use some more sound effects.

We really enjoyed the particle effects, so we played with them a lot

the shiny rotating cubes attached to the solar panels are supposed to be air scrubbers.
They use the accumulated CO2 to produce cubes of fertilizer, which grows into plants.
blowing up plants, Carbon fertilizer cubes or the random coal spawns is bad for the environment, while plants and air scrubbers are good for the environment.
The player plays as a smog cloud, and the bigger you get the higher your impact on the environment becomes.

Sadly we couldn't get all of these Factors to balance out in time, so it's mostly a sandboxgame
