I still can't play this game. I keep getting "Windows cannot access the specified, path, device, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item". Even when running on admin mode.

You can try to right-click the file/folder and select properties,
1. Select security tab, under Group or User names, click your name/PC-name to see the permissions you have.
2. Select Edit, where you can have permissions like full control, modify, read & execute, read, write or special permissions. Choose the permissions you need and click Ok.
Tested on Windows 7 64bit.

Yes, like a online game. But, the launcher help you to extracting the game and compressing the game size :)
