This was a really cool, unfortunately I couldn't figure out how to get access to level 3. The "new" text behind the level 2 file didn't disappear after completing it. Perhaps you can also add some ambience.

On the "tutorial level", when you grab a bullet, while it says "Aim and Release", you can hear 3 beeps. These beeps are actually incredibly helpful in the gameplay, since you can use sounds to estimate when you should release your bullet, if you had failed before. But unfortunately, these sounds don't show up in the later levels. I think you should make these sounds regular whatever time you grab a bullet so the player has a better intuition, or memory, as to when to release the bullet. regardless, it was super fun! Congratulations!
