  • I really like your piece! I think on a concept and execution level it really works; on the creative and technical fronts your project really stands out. I will commend your creativity and the choice of doing something difficult such as making a translucent veil. You have created a character that could be used on a video game while being quite original. Some of the points where I think you could improve a bit is on maybe spending a bit more time on the scales on the tail and to make them a little bit more cohesive. It feels a little bit obvious that you used an alpha a tiny bit carelessly and too symmetrically. I understand this project probably took a lot of time to make and you wanted to keep progressing to have a solid final piece but you could have spent a little bit more time on some of the details. Another small thing is that the bone helmet feels like its floating which maybe works on the level that I believe your character is submerged under water but it would still move around. To give it a more realistic feel I would perhaps added some kind of element that would attach the helmet to the head and even more having some long hair floating about could really bring your piece to another level. Honestly I'm really just nit-picking at this point, great work!
