This is your chance to craft a game that embodies the essence of a rebel, whether it's through stealthy maneuvers, cunning strategies, or bold pursuits. We're providing you with characters from character.xyz, so you can really focus on building incredible game play experiences. This jam is open to individuals and teams who love the challenge of creating something unique in a week's time. We welcome game developers of all levels, so whether you are a beginner or advanced, come out to our jam and you'll walk away with an invaluable experience.

📘 Contest Rules
1. We encourage you to participate solo or in a team of up to 4 members.
2. You will have to work using our provided characters for your player character and NPC. However, you can choose to use any marketplace assets or other assets to build your world environments.
3. You must submit a live web link.
4. NSFW content must be appropriately marked on the itch page.

1) Can beginners join this jam? Absolutely! We welcome developers of all experience levels. The first step in learning is showing up, so we invite you to come and try our game jam events.
2) What do I get for attending? We are a passionate game developer community where you can get access to a global network and next-generation gamedev tools. Our community shares valuable information and hosts frequent events to nurture your advancement in game development!
3) What do I get for winning? Winners will be awarded 2000 Chakras ($200 value) which you can use on our platform. Regardless of the outcome, you'll have the satisfaction of creating something great in a small time span while working along with other passionate game developers from all over the world 🌎
📍 How to Submit Your Work📍
Submit your work in our discord in #contest-submissions with your team name, lead name, publicly hosted game web link, and a 1-minute Youtube game play video link.
We want to help distribute your game to a wider audience. Please make sure to share your submission on our social channels tagging us so we can reshare your games (twitter/linkedin/tiktok/instagram - @characterxyz)

Participants can join the event and make a submission anytime before the last day of this event.
Our contest starts on December 1st, 2023 at 7:00 PM PT and will end on December 10th, 2023 at 11:59 PM PT. Please complete your submissions by the deadline.
Winners will be contacted directly after the event's conclusion and announced through Discord.
