Ever wondered how that game idea would  look like?
Well, why not turn into something closer to reality ?

Be it a dream, an intent on doing game assets or fleshing out your idea - here's the concept, the jam for you.

You'll have 2 weeks starting August 5th to make a game mock up. It can be a single image or many, gifs, songs, OSTs, video or even a interactable menu. Entries can have any combination of those and if you feel you could "paint a broader picture" of your ideas, teams are also allowed and recommended.

Rules 

    > Itch's entries description must inform that it is a mock up or a demo
    > Multiple entries are allowed
    > Teams are allowed
    > No AI generated works & no NFTs
    > No NSFW

Submission Recommendations

    ~ Submission's on Itch.io are encouraged, but not mandatory.
    ~ Submission's on Cafe Dot will require it to be within a single post. The post can be edited freely during the jam.
    ~ Remember to give attention to your submission's description. "Platformer" might be accurate, but it won't convey much more then that.

Theme

The guiding concept will be: Cats & Cafeterias. You may interpret the theme any way you want. An adventurer could happen to stop for a hot drink and a friendly purr. Maybe it's a cooking sim where you try to brew stronger kinds of coffee. Let you mind run wild and remember that the main concept is to have some creative fun.

The jam will be running on Cafe Dot as well, a Discord Server made and run by a community of artists and art enjoyers. Peaked a interest at the green mascot? Then might as well give it a go.
