Since my first jam was a “success,”* I have decided to do a second one. This is basically the same thing, but there are some changes. I will give a theme this time, but the old rule still persists-NO TEXT ADVENTURES! Text adventures are too boring and too bland, so none of you should be caught making a text adventure. Oh, and before we continue, I would like to tell you what a console game is. Last time, a lot of the submissions were for game consoles or used a game console feature, but that is not what I meant. A console application is an application that displays itself in a console, so, to do this jam, you need to know a programming language directly, as in, without the stuff added from the game engine. If you’re still confused, check out this. The reason the jam is so long? I’ll be gone for a while, so make sure you take your time and make something amazing.
