Correspondence jam is for epistolary games! What does that mean? Any game where the main mechanic is players writing letters back and forth! This can mean a game played through dms, through email or shared documents, through snail mail, or any other message sending system!

Submission guidelines: Write an analog roleplaying game where players write letters to one another. Any number of players and any length of game is fine! Hacks of other games (with the author's permission) is fine! You can also submit games you've previously published! Any genre is fine but keep in mind the effort of writing and sending a letter, the yearning that might be trapped in the words.

Keep in mind that it may be harder to stop unwanted topics than in games where conversations happen out loud. A good thing to include in your games is a note to discuss any topics the players want to remain off limits, and to run any possibly triggering content by the other players before writing it into a letter. Here is a great safety toolkit for rpgs by Kienna Shaw and Lauren-Bryant Monk

This jam will run from November 1st to December 15th! A month and a half to think up ways for people to communicate, and ways to complicate that communication!

This jam is hosted by Annie https://dancynrew.itch.io/ / https://twitter.com/dancynrew. Feel free to contact me with any questions!
