The Cubio Game Jam will distribute €10,000 in prizes, divided between the 3 participating categories.

RULES

Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Cubio Game Jam, you and your team members agree to our Rules and our Terms and Conditions . In case of conflict, the Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Conduct
Respecting mentors, organizers, and other jammers is mandatory. Discriminatory behavior based on gender, color, nationality, sexual orientation, religion, among others, will not be tolerated.

Platform and Submission
Only projects created using the Cubio engine and submitted through the Cubio Hero Platform will be considered valid for entry into the Jam.

Penalties
Organizers may disqualify or penalize teams for any rule violations. All decisions are final.

Development Period
Games must be developed exclusively and fully during the event period. Projects may be disqualified at any stage of the process if premature development is proven, regardless of the team.

Prize Eligibility
At least one team member must be over 18 years of age to be eligible to receive the prize.

Prohibited Activities
It is prohibited to place codes or algorithms that are potentially harmful to other users' computers or other devices on which the game is launched.

Privacy
By participating, you consent to the collection of necessary personal data, which will be treated in accordance with relevant data protection laws.

Intellectual Property
Content created may not infringe or violate another person's intellectual property and rights. For full details, please see the Terms and Conditions .

Team Representation
Each team must choose a representative to submit the project. Only submissions made by the representative team will be accepted.
The team representative will be solely responsible for receiving any cash prize awarded to the team and is responsible for distributing the prize among the team members. The event organizers are not responsible for the internal distribution of prizes within the team.
