Yes

The game is a web build that runs from my itch game page

Does your game have fully implemented sound effects and music?

Yes

My game has sound effects in every appropriate place and music that is mixed to match

Theme Usage
The core game mechanic is about "tagging" buildings with graffiti to mark your territory on a map.

Additional Notes (optional)
Making an all-UI game for the first time ever under time pressure was perhaps not my brightest idea, but alas, a game is submitted. I hope you enjoy the deeply meaningful turn-based mechanics, and complex gameplay loop.

Two things to keep in mind when playing!
1. The exit button basically crashes the game, if that happens, refreshing the page will get you back to the main menu. I think this is something that went wrong in the Web build, but it's 5AM and I don't want to think about it right now.
2. The audio sounds balanced when the volume slider is set from around 30% to 100%, but the spray paint sound effect, that triggers every time a building is tagged, has a flat volume set and is not influenced by the volume slider, so it may become jarring at low music volumes! In this case it may be best to play without audio.

I will likely continue working on this after a few weeks' break, there are many things yet to implement from the original design document, that may actually make it a game and not just a map painter.
