INTRODUCTION

This is the first ever game jam hosted by the Dulwich College code club!!! Primarily for society members but others can also join.

 The game jam will be a two week long game development competition where participants will have to make a game following a specific theme. You are free to use any game development environment you find comfortable with (Unity, pytorch, scratch) and people can split themselves into teams of 1-6 people. Make sure to mention all your teammates within the description of your submission.

DATE

The date of this Game Jam will be on the 18th of June - 2nd July 2024. After the submission period, you will have one week to vote each others submissions. The winners will then be announced during the next code club session

THEME

The theme is GOLD.

You can make games where you mine gold, games involving King Midas, games where you can collect or earn gold.

SUBMISSIONS

You can either submit the file to the game directly or submit a link (if for example, the game was made on scratch). Ideally, the game should be playable on the browser, if not the game must be compatible for both Mac and Windows so everybody can play/judge it.
