DTJ-GGJ INFO:

⏱️- Runtime: The Jam starts at 5 pm on Friday the 24th of January and finishes at 5 pm on Sunday the 26th of January.

🎮- Submissions: You must create a page for your submission on the GGJ website to upload it. We recommend doing this on Saturday so your page is all set up for the Sunday submission. DTJ will also have a submission page on Itch.io where you can showcase your game there too!

⌛- Time Management: We recommend uploading your game to the GGJ website before the 5 pm cut-off time, as the website is known to crash due to the high volume of submissions. A good time to submit is about 3 pm on Sunday.

🔥- Avoid Burnout. The jam is only 48 hours long, and in that time you’ll probably not be able to create the next Metal Gear Solid. So pace yourselves and come up with a reasonable scope for your submission. If you don’t make the submission time, no worries! You’ve still participated in the GGJ and have flexed your creative skills. The most important thing is to enjoy the jam!

😄- HAVE FUN! The GGJ is all about being creative and challenging yourself, but remember to look after yourself and take regular breaks, sleep well, eat well, and try to get outside over the weekend. Please reach out to a moderator using the #help or #jamsupport channel in Discord if you are experiencing any trouble during the jamming period.
