In the wake of his lamented passing earlier in January, this year's DREAM JAM will be focused on the works of the late DAVID LYNCH, American surrealist film director, painter, meditation teacher, visionary, and one of the most iconic, human-hearted voices in the modern industry of Entertainment.

Though we don't encourage you to plagiarize his work directly, every entry has to pay homage to his creative corpus in two ways:

Each Game must handle ONE of these FIVE THEMES:

Investigations.
Visions.
Going in Reverse.
A False Identity.
[Re]birth.

Additionally, ONE of these FIVE ITEMS must appear within the Game:

Big Fish.
Blue Rose.
Cream Corn.
Lost Ear.
Red Room.

The Jam will run for FOUR WEEKS. You are not required to use the entire time; you are encouraged to take any time you need, within the four-week range, regardless of what any other entrant does.

All entries must be personal, original, and genuine. The genre and the software used don't matter; make sure that your entry's free to play on Windows and/or Macintosh computers. Feature content warnings if they seem appropriate.

Please answer our prompt with the sincerity and passion reminiscent of the man it's meant to honour. We shall likely make some updates to this Page with further details as the Jam progresses.
