This was a lot of fun!
I did notice that sometimes the verbs at the bottom stuck around when I couldn't actually use them, but haven't played enough texture games to know if that's expected behaviour
I'm new to Texture myself, so I'm not sure. As far as I know from playing other Texture games, I *think* this is normal, but I only really used very basic functionality, so may have missed something!
I cannot tell a lie: having this great new interface and using it to reimplement 'examine' and 'ask about' caused a burning pain to shoot through my head.
The story's charming, though.
