A spectral cow that appears on solitary roads and has the ability to expand his legs, has red eyes and can generate a fog around it.

Let's relax this crazy year with a non-competitive game jam featuring your favorite elastic specter!

- The only requirement is that the game is directly related to the ElastiCow!

- Any game egnine you want!

- Any genre you want!

For making this easier and more enjoyable for everyone, you will have some assets that you can use but aren't mandatory. The game can be in 2D or 3D, and it can be any genre or game engine. 

In case you want to help others, you can share assets of the ElastiCow with other participants in the discord. This will unlock you the ElastiCow HUG, which ensures good luck for the following year (We all need it).  

IMPORTANT: When using assets from others, remember to attribute them properly. We can help in discord if you have any questions!

Voting will end in 2020-12-31 and will be public because it will be for fun. The winners will be licked by the ElastiCow, this is one, if not the best privilege you can win.

The spectral elastic cow, or how it's known locally, ElastiCow, is a spectral essence of unknown origins, which has supernatural qualities that enables it to expand itself.

The sightings of the ElastiCow started in the beginning of the 20th century in Argentina, but they diminished due to the industrialization of the area over the following decades. It is rumored that sightings of this specter started rising after the beginning of the COVID-19 quarantine in Argentina.

Those rumors talk about sightings near a lonely road in the rural area of the country. This specter is known to have bright red neon eyes that emit pure evil, and fixate on the victim the minute its presence is known. The specter will start to expand its legs (as if it was made from an elastic material) to a minimum of 3 meters, making the specter seem really tall. 

The specter is rumored to be of pacific nature, but always be cautious, because it is completely unpredictable. If the person who encounters it tries to approach it, the specter will generate a thick fog and disappear with it, leaving no trace behind.

Not much is know about the origins of the ElastiCow, only theories from those who encountered it or those who know of it's existence. Some people claim that it came from hell, some others say that it comes from the stars, while few say that it comes from another dimension, while everything is elastic. Weather it's a failed experiment from the government, or just a ghost of a cow, the consequence of laying your eyes on it are sever and long-lasting.

Victims who claim to suffer from the apparition of the ElastiCow inhabit different symptoms afterward, such as, hallucinations, delusions, disorganized thinking, and more.

There is no official investigation of the ElastiCow, but its presence is well-known for those who claim to have seen it.

¿Que es la elastivaca?

Una vaca espectral que se aparece en carreteras solitarias y tiene la habilidad de estirar sus piernas, ojos rojos y generar una niebla alrededor de ella.

Relajate en esta Game Jam no competitiva con tu espectro elastico favorito.

Habrá a disposición de los participantes assets. Aunque no es necesario utilizarlos. El juego puede ser 2D o 3D.

En caso de que quieras ayudar a otros, puedes compartir tus assets en el discord. Por lo que recibirás un abrazo de la elastivaca.

IMPORTANT: Recuerda atribuir el trabajo de los demás de manera apropiada en los creditos y en la descripción del juego.

El periodo de votaciones acaba el 31/12/2020 y la votación será publica. Los ganadores serán lamidos por la elastivaca, uno de los mayores privilegios que uno puede obtener.

Historia completa de la elastivaca

La vaca elástica espectral, o como es conocida localmente, la elastivaca, es una esencia espectral con poderes sobrenaturales que le permiten estirarse. Los avistamientos de la elastivaca empezaron al principio del siglo 20 en Argentina. Pero disminuyeron por la industrialización de la zona en las siguientes décadas. Se rumorea que los avistamientos han empezado a aflorar justo al inicio de la cuarentena por COVID-19 en Argentina de nuevo. Estos rumores hablan sobre avistamientos cerca de carreteras solitarias en el centro del país. Testimonios afirman que tiene unos ojos brillantes de color rojo, que emiten pura maldad, y que se fijan en la victima cuando es vista por alguien. El espectro comienza a estirar sus patas, como si estuviera hecha de un material elástico, a un mínimo de 3 metros, haciéndola parecer realmente alta. Este espectro se rumorea que tiene una naturaleza pacífica, pero siempre hay que ser cauteloso, porque es completamente impredecible. Si la persona que la encuentra intenta acercarse el espectro generará una niebla densa y desaparecerá con ella, sin dejar rastro.

Victimas que afirman haber sufrido la aparición de la elastivaca, manifiestan diferentes síntomas después del avistamiento como por ejemplo: alucinaciones, pensamiento desordenado, diarrea y mucho más.

No hay una investigación oficial de la elastivaca, pero su presencia es temida por aquellos que dicen haberla visto, de la cual afirman que es realmente terrorífica.
