Use Effekseer, the software animator used by the new soon to be released Rpg Maker MZ, to rise to the top.

Rules:
1. Make one animation using Effekseer. Submit the .efkefc file and any textures/images needed for your animation to enter.
2. Entries that cannot be opened and played in Effekseer will be disqualified.
3. Up to three entries are allowed per participant. No teams are allowed.
4. No pre-existing animations, although edits of free CC0‡ licensed animations are allowed. You are required to credit the originator of the effect you've edited and must follow their ToU*.
5. RPG Maker assets cannot be used in your animations. (RPG Makers ToU* does not allow for redistribution of assets even if they are edited, therefore they cannot be used in this contest)
6. We reserve the right to disqualify any entry at our own discretion.
7. No NSFW† or content that violates YouTubes ToU* and/or discords ToU*.
8. By entering this contest you agree to license your animation under the creative commons license CC0-A‡, meaning, No rights reserved - requesting attribution(credit).
9. Judges are not eligible to win prizes.
10. Animations must be a minute or less in duration.
