In EndCycle VS it is easy to create your own content, by using the extensive Toolbox provided with the game.

You can create your own attacks, characters and even entire campaigns all without a single line of code!

In this jam you'll use the Toolbox to create the best EndCycle VS Anime Mod possible in under 2 weeks!

The theme of this Modding-Jam is: Anime

Goku, Luffy, Naruto, Sailor Moon... maybe someone or something completely unexpected?

There have been countless influential Anime over the years and many of them have found their way into the realms of gaming.

Do you have a favourite character that you just NEED to have as a fighter in EndCycle VS? Are there foes from the past that you always wanted to beat up together with friends? Or is there a character that has never gotten the spotlight and you feel is deserving of their own campaign?

...Or do you want to create something entirely different inspired by anime that goes beyond just a character?

Well NOW is your chance to make your dreams come true and let the world take part in them. Use the toolbox and your creativity to create the ultimate Anime-Mod for EndCycle VS. 

The jam runs from the 9th of January 0:00 CEST, to the 21st of January 0:00 CEST!

Rules / Guidelines:

• You can work alone or in a team!
• If you don’t own the game you can still participate as part of a team!
• Submit your mod with a short description in a file, where you'll detail your mod.
• No NSFW mods, submitting mods with NSFW content will lead to an automatic disqualification
• Pre-existing assets need to be credited inside a text file submitted alongside the game mod
• Mods created before the start date cannot be used
• Please submit a 30+ second video clip or trailer of your mod alongside it!

Ranking

After the deadline is over, we will be going through the submissions and will be playing through them. The final ranking is based on:

• Overall: How was the mod? Was there a lot of content? Was it fun to play?
• Gameplay: Did the mod introduce new VOCs, characters or even campaigns? Was it interesting?
• Polish: How balanced was the mod? Are the attacks buggy? How do enemies behave? Does it look fancy?

Rewards

The top 3 mods will be announced on the official 12B3 Games Youtube Channel! Furthermore, we will be playing through all submissions in a special stream, on Sunday the 23rd of January!
