Its a cool little game with more levels and music, it would be awesome.
Very fun concept! The art is good and the sound effects fit. With more levels and some polish, this could be a really nice game. The only thing I would say is to have some indication for how far away each lily pad is so it's easier to know what to press.

But I think moving the frog out of the bounds (river-way) fits into the theme.
