Theme
I figured a mid-20th century switchboard operator literally connected people, plus there was room for adding narrative/papers please style gameplay if I had the time which could have added another layer in relation to the theme. Alas, time was not favourable and so you can't talk to the callers and influence their lives in small ways :'( but you can still have fun frantically connecting the callers!
