🎮 Welcome to the first Al Akhawayn Game Jam of Fall 24! 🎮

This 5-day game jam is the perfect opportunity to flex your creativity, learn something new, and have some fun while celebrating the beautiful fall season at our university! Whether you want to capture the cozy autumn vibes or incorporate elements of Al Akhawayn University into your game, the choice is yours. You can focus on one of the themes or blend both into something unique!

________________🍁 Important Event Details 🍁________________

• Duration: 5 days of game development, from Wednesday 23rd to Sunday 27th.

• Theme:  you can choose one of the following or combine them both 
  • 🍁 Fall Season 
  • 🎓 Al Akhawayn University 

• Location: Work at your own pace throughout the week, but we’ll meet in-person in the lab over the weekend to work together, share ideas, and make progress. This face-to-face session is mandatory.

• Skills Needed: All skill levels are welcome! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned developer, this jam is open to everyone. 

• Submission: You have to submit your game by Sunday at 5:30 pm.

• Fall in line with one of the themes, the themes themselves are vague, you can be as creative, playful, and deceitful as you want.
• No team of more than 5 people is allowed.
• Attendance on the weekend (26th and 27th) at the Game Jam venue is Mandatory.
• Your submission must run on the browser. (unless download is really necessary)
• Respect the deadline for game submission which is Sunday at 5:30 pm.
• Be chill toward each other, after all, we're here to jam!

How are the winners going to be determined ?

We believe that no one enjoys a game more than the player themself.

So for this jam, Players will be the judges!

Once the games are submitted, everyone will have the opportunity to vote on their favorite entries.
