Nine66's FastArt is a team-based game jam where the objective is to create art... fast.

Nine66 is organizing its first-ever game jam in Riyadh on May 12-14 at the Diriyah Biennale Art Gallery. The inaugural Game Jam is themed the FastArt edition to mirror the artistic environment where the event will take place. You can develop games of any type, but we encourage participants to create hyper casual games. How the game is played, what kind of game it is, and on what platform are entirely up to you.

Q: Who can join?	A: Anyone! Yourself included.
Q: Will there be any themes/limitations?	A: No specific theme, but we encourage creating hyper casual games.
Q: What engine can I use?	A: You can use any engine you want.
Q: Can I work in teams?	A: Yes, FastArt is a team-based event, so you are expected to work in teams. Team size is 2-10 developers.
Q: Can I use pre-made assets?	A: Yes, but please ensure you have the legal rights to do so. Note that you will be asked if you or your team had created the art and/or audio for the game during the period of the jam or not; this will be displayed publicly on your game's jam page.
Q: Can I submit a game that I already started on?	A: No, it is required that all participants make the vast majority of the game in the time provided.
Q: Can I join virtually?	A: Yes, but at least 50% of your team should develop the game on-site to be eligible for winning a prize.
Q: Are there any content restrictions to be aware of?	A: Yes, the game must not violate public morals or religious principles.

RATING

The rating period lasts for around 3 hours after the jam ends and will only be limited to our group of judges/mentors.

VIP access to the next Game Jam	- Awarded to: Best team - most dedicated and promising team. - Based on: Teamwork, enthusiasm, engagement, attitude.
Snapchat Advertising Credits ($2500)	- Awarded to: Best game implementing Snap Kit. - Based on: Number of Snap Kit features implemented in the game.
