This is really pretty. Great graphics, great UI, great sound, and a really good voice-acting job.

Gameplay-wise it's fun and responsive. The only downside I could really find is with the tutorial, it does feel a lot like an info dump for a really complex game,  a more guided tutorial would be great.

Also, the text bubbles over the skills of your officer are blocking said skills, removing them while hovering with the cursor would be great.
