Explain your hypothetical game concept & how you interpreted the theme!
Game about surviving in the snow and fending off frostbite for 5 minutes before you inevitably die anyway. Themes of futility, feebleness and just trying to hold on for a second longer I guess.

What genre is your soundtrack?
Electronic. I really can’t describe it anymore than that and I as an artist I hate genre. This basically has elements from almost every genre I like. Sue me.

How did you incorporate the Dies Irae into your hypothetical soundtrack?
Stole it pretty whole sale as a melody in the second half.

Really cool concept for a video game, albeit a tad morbid! It is interesting how this is a video game that beats you as opposed to you beating it!

I am definitely getting a feeling of ice and cold with your pad sounds.

I love how this track evolves and the second half is completely different than the first. I appreciate how this track is fun to listen to on its own.

I am reminded of Dan Deacon, especially in the first part of the song, with your use of sine waves and drum machine. I am not sure if he is an influence of yours but definitely check him out if not!

Superb drum programming and strings in the second half. Excellent production and mixing. This sounds very professional, as if it belonged in an AAA game.  As a (former) drummer, I think you did a really great job in particular with the drums. The rimshots sound amazing.

Great work!
