Could use some work.
I like the concept of the game itself, the controls are pretty responsive, and I don't spot any bugs while playing it.
My main issue with the game is that you don't necessarily know what to do when you first play, causing a game over on my first try. It took me about 10 minutes to figure out whatever to do. What you should do is add some kind of tutorial level (or instructions) at the start, so the player knows what to do.
I also suggest that customers who are dissatisfied have some kind of indication to show that they are dissatisfied, so the player won't just run around without knowing that they were leaving some customers unattended.
It is a game jam after all, so you don't have the time to implement those, but you can create a separate project with all these fixes.
But overall, pretty decent game!
