This jam only has one rule:

Open up.

Reach the deepest untouched corners of your heart and turn them into art. You don't have to get into specifics, but you absolutely can if you want to. The game won't have a theme, since everyone's struggles are different. It doesn't have to be something you're dealing with now, it could also be something you have recovered from and made you stonger.  Use any engine you're comfortable with. Any genre you want.

BASICALLY EVERYTHING IS ALLOWED AS LONG AS THERE'S APPROPRIATE WARNING ON THE GAME'S PAGE. REMEMBER THIS EXPERIENCE IS FOR YOU, NOT THE PLAYER.

Assets i can provide for you:

I can't do much for you other than offer you music! Here's my youtube channel: lari_wav

You can use any song you like from that channel as long as you give me credit. If you plan to put a price on the game, talk to me first!

UPDATE: I thought it went without saying, but this jam is not a place for people to plug their old work- it's supposed to drive you to make something new! Also some people asked me if they can take their time and submit the game after the deadline. You can 100% do that! This game jam is not supposed to put extra stress on you, just make sure to contact me via discord, so I can help you submit later. Also don't include a price at least for a couple weeks after the deadline, so that all people in the jam can check out your project!

Games I made (still making) from the heart:

In the name of art.

You keep cramming things into the emptiness inside, but at what cost? It's time become whole again.
