Give a brief description of your game:
You've been hired to push shopping carts at the supermarket! Can you get the job done without dying of thirst?
What controls do you need to use?
Keyboard. Mainly just WASD and arrow keys.
How did you bring the theme of Time into your entry?
Player gets dehydrated gradually. Shopping carts spawn increasingly over time. Elapsed time is factored into player's score at the end of the game.
What was the most interesting part about making the game?
Writing the system for variable player movement.
Anything else to add?
It was a fun experience and there's room to add several new features in the future. The hardest part was getting the high score system to work. Eventually I'd like to utilize server-side high scores to give it a competitive edge.

Neat game. I included it in my Games Plus Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to check it out. :)
Thank you for including my game! I liked your video.
Well done! I managed to get 177000.
I forgot to mention that your character's weight affects move speed and age affects dehydration rate. You might find that the player moves too fast. Just raise your weight. Also, the character slows as he/she gets more dehydrated. So as you get farther in the game, you will have to make the choice to get either carts or water.
If you don't get enough water, you will die. If you don't get enough carts, you will get fired. Playing the game on a higher "age" is like having a difficulty mode because you have less time.
Nice Work! Its a fast paced game with nice controls. Liked your work, but even if you are new to game development try always challenging yourself even if you don't finish your project in time (i.e create a game based on the theme "Time"), it will be an awesome experience, I promise. Cheers!
Thanks for the encouragement! It was my first game jam and I had several ideas but not time for all of them. A great learning experience and gauge of my abilities!
Nice! I really like fast paced games and after a around 20-30 seconds i got used to the speed and i managed to get a score of almost 200k. The sounds were nice. Not so distracting and at the end it got really difficult! But overall pretty good!
