I didn't get it, I've set my options, and after that was in a room with no colliders and zero interactions, is this how you meant it to be played?

Yes this is how it was meant to be played, changing the rules in the way that your settings and configuration work. Like displaying unreal engine but the game is actually made in godot :) and some other gags
